Meet the Animals
The White Pig Animal Sanctuary currently is home to just under 60 animals. Our residents include horses, sheep, goats and pigs, as well as 2 dogs.. We are in the process of expanding to be able to house bovine, and large fowl as well as other species. All of our residents are rescued from abuse, neglect, abandonment or other human related circumstances.
Our largest herd is our “Main Pig Herd” which includes mini pigs (Vietnamese Pot Belly Pigs, Kune Kunes, American Guinea Hog, and feral pigs), and a variety heritage farm pigs.
Our Equine herd includes a Thoroughbred race horse, an American Mustang, and a Shetland pony.
Then we have our “Ruminant Herd” which consists of some of the friendliest sheep you can ever meet and our cheeky goats. Then we are rounded out by our “Special Needs Herd” which includes a 3 legged, pig and a few friends to keep him company and another “Special Needs Herd” with 2 pigs with vision issues. Finally our last area houses our rescued commercial farm pig who is over 1100 pounds.
