The White Pig Animal Sanctuary is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to serve on our Board of Directors. Founded in 2000 and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2017, The White Pig Animal Sanctuary provides lifelong homes for rescued farm animals while promoting humane education, plant-based living, environmental stewardship, and compassionate community engagement.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for board members who are committed to our mission and willing to share their time, expertise, and leadership to help guide the organization into the future.

We Are Seeking Individuals With Experience In:

• Nonprofit governance
• Fundraising and donor development
• Accounting or finance
• Marketing and communications
• Legal services
• Education and youth programming
• Animal welfare or veterinary care
• Business development
• Community engagement

Board Member Responsibilities:

• Attend regular remote board meetings (requires a minimum time commitment of roughly 5 hours per month)
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight
• Support fundraising and community outreach efforts
• Serve as an ambassador for the sanctuary
• Help ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization
